17, 9:13 a.m.: An unknown victim dropped her voucher for approximately $23 and it was picked up and cashed by the suspect. The two women then argued over the use of that machine and both attempted to put money in that machine when Council struck the victim in the face, and the victim made a counter strike on Council.
Council got up and went to the left machine. The victim, a 60-year-old woman from Norwood was playing the left machine and then moved to the middle. From viewing surveillance video three slot machines were identified. The suspect was identified as Deborah Council, 73, Wilmington, Delaware. 8, 5:53 p.m.: Casino surveillance contacted troopers about a patron who struck another patron over a slot machine. $5,658 in electronic currency and awards credits were stolen. They used the victims’ players’ cards in an unauthorized manner at Harrah’s Casino. 3, Jeremy Robinson and Brittney Warren withdrew electronic currency called total awards credits from two different victims’ accounts, a 39-year-old male from Glenolden and a 56-year-old male from Media.
